I have to tell you, I loved it! When I watched Trekkies on Showtime, I didn't know what to expect, but what I saw was a lot of people, some of whom I thought were rather *odd*, that were a lot like me.

Now, I kind of stay away from conventions, but my room is decorated with posters, my favorite computer game is "Armada," and I watch Voyager veery week (basically because DS9 was cancelled last year). My favorite captain is Captain Sisko, the Emissary. I was kind of disappointed that you all didn't talk more about DS9 and the characters from that show, which is my favorite Trek of all time. But that's okay, because I loved "Trekkies" anyway.

Also, to anyone else who's seen the movie: Don't you wish that Talk Trek aired in other places also? I'd be glued to my radio for sure when it was on. The ladies who host the show are right: Get a bunch of Trek fans in the same room and we will be able to talk Trek for 24 hours straight (although I might need a refill on my Coke at some point).
