Subject: where is James T. Kirk?!?!?!?

We rented Trekkies last night. I am 37 and used to go to all the old cons in NYC. My first was Al Schuster jan '76, then Bicentennial-10, and the rest of the Tristar (John Townsley) cons.

I met Jim Kirk (he was from California then) there and along with another friend we met there, Mark Tippin from Rhode Island. we hung out at several cons, and the 3 of us even had a hotel room once. Jim, Mark, myself, and family went out to Mama Leoni's in NYC as I remember.

I havent seen Jim since maybe '78-79 until last night when I saw him in your film. I went through my old things looking for pictures. I scanned it and it came out pretty lousy, but you can tell its him around 20 years younger. He is sitting at his dealer's table holding a lightsword, with his tricorder and communicator sitting out.
